Bill is a 35 year old married man who started his family early in his life and now has four kids and a dog. He is getting ready to go back to college to finish his degree so he can feel that sense of achievement and set a good example for his kids. As Bill is attending college he hears of the bass fishing club and becomes very interested. The rules of fishing the FLW tour with the college says that anyone that participates in the college western conference tournaments must be a full time student at a four year university. The love for fishing causes Bill to take a full time college schedule while still supporting his family.
Skyler is a recent graduate of high school and is looking into what college to attend. He enjoys the outdoors and the beautiful weather that St. George has to offer, but he is hesitant to choose DSU until he hears about the opportunity to fish in the FLW. Skyler has seen the television shows about fishing and he too is an avid fisherman. Because DSU has the opportunity for him to follow his dreams and still get a great education he chooses to attend.
Megan is a current student at DSU and somehow hears about the fishing club. She remembers all the good times she had with her father and how fishing made all the troubles of the world stop just for those few hours on the water. She is very interested in learning all the new techniques of fishing, and how and where to catch the best bass in St. George. She joins the club to learn new things and become a better fisherman so she can spend that serine time on the water with her future children, just like her father did with her.
